I think @darkspawn980 meant 6% total, not 6% on one line. I myself have 6% Int sneakers (4%/2%) and 6% Luk sneakers (2%/2%/2%).

the bolded is wrong, you can obtain 6% on an epic equip of that level, it's just very rare.

like i said. i dont know. i dont know anything about these equips. i dont usually buy them. hence me not wanting to find any info about them. can someone link me to a thread then?
