No u can't. Only one skill from each job advancement can be active at one time. Otherwise, we will have phantoms everywhere using combo attack and hs at the same time.
@MagicFrappe U can't stick a second job skill on a third job impeccable memory slot.
I think so, at least I did it on my Phantom...
Say you want to use two 2nd job skills, you take on skill from the second job loadout and have it active, and take the other skill from there and stick it on your third job active slot thing. (I'm not quite sure how to phrase this so sorry if my wording is weird.)
