Velderoth dropped 3 Elite Heliseum shoes for me today, took forever. I believe the Elite equips drop from the minibosses while Nova and Tyrant equips is Magnus.
All I've been informed is Specters. But idk which ones.
I saw a Screen on here of someone "claiming" they got it from one of the totem monsters in the Castle. Not sure how accurate it is. But thats all the info i know of.
Fight the boss Victor, at least that's what other people say. You need to finish about 90 or so quests to fight him. People said he has the highest chance to drop stuff.
