My friends basil account got hacked
She was bidding for an item. then she was kicked out the account and attempted to log in again and the info was incorrect. tried numerous times. at last she tried to request an email but the email was changed as well. What can she do? Her basil id is AngelaOwns, she already logged a ticket to basilmarket, but is there anything else she can do?

For a second I thought it said Mr.Basil account got hacked.
