13 + 139 * 5 = 708, and then I dunno, I'd say the average player has like 400-600 additional stat. 1208?
In any case it's a useless metric since someone with less DEX can have a higher range than someone with more DEX by having more weapon attack.
base 140*5=700 and the additional amount of dex you get at level 1 o.o
My level 140 merc that I just leveled last night had around 1600 or 1700 dex in total, with 38k range buffed
