Helisium cape or belt?
I can't decide which one to pick but I'm leaning more towards the belt.
Current cape stats:
7 att 2% dex 2l rare pac 0 slots hammered
Current belt stats:
11 all stats 3l rare 3 slots u/h

If youre buying from the tempest store, get the belt because you can get the cape from the Heliseum
belts are easier to get because of crafting and fusing (better potential). Capes on the other hand are only outclassed with empress capes. IMO you should get the cape
change the belt, out of the two your cape can wait a bit
