Also, I assume there is know way to transfer Perma NX from Surprise Boxes to other characters in your account? I obtained this on my Demon Slayer, and was hoping to transfer it to my Evan..

If you haven't equipped it yet, you're going to need a middle man (that you trust) to trade the bunny to and then retrieve on your evan.
If you've equipped it already, you're out of luck.
