training at vikerolas?

i'm currently a level 85 outlaw. i have no problems killing vikerolas in an efficient and fast fashion. why does everyone say that they're so good to train on? their spawn in just plain awful and they don't even give that much exp. am i doing something wrong? i mean, they're decent exp, but they just don't seem to be as amazing as they are made out to be. i feel like i wasted my time going from roids to viks now because of the terrible spawn.
