this is what is best suited for the newcomers.

OT:
Warrior- Probably demon slayer, mihile. They both train quickly in all jobs. I think aran is bad because I find it impossible to play.
BOwman- None. Bad survivability (marksman) or bad attacking abilities (bowmaster mobbing, wild hunter mobbing). Mercedes is bad due to ishtars low % damage. New players stay away.
Pirate- Buccaneer, Cannoneer. These are the most pot effective pirates, and they dish out incredible numbers.
Theif- Shadowers meso guard is bad for the new, so probably phantom, since it gives new players an opportunity to see all the adventurer skills.
Mage- Bishop for sure. Need I say more?

Arans (a great unfunded class. Jr.boogie + combo drain = no pots ever used.)
Battle Mages (Balanced. Not too strong, not too weak. Ridiculously strong when it is funded to the Maximum. Useful party buffs.)
Kaisers (Overpowered in almost all aspects. Ability to ignore Damage Reflection and Cancel Weapon Attack is very useful.)
Shadowers (Great class. Great Defense, great avoid, good offense. Fast.)
