Is it possible to get a unique item from fusing or can you only get unique from cubing? And proof please!

Is it possible to get a unique item from fusing or can you only get unique from cubing? And proof please!

I've made like 200 epics and no uniques >.<

People would if they know you can't get uniques from fusing... that is, if it's actually true.
Possible, but very low chance. Out of the billions of rings and shoes I've fused/crafted, only 1 came out unique and maybe 10 epic.

It's possible to get unique from fusing.
I don't have proof other than the fact that I've actually had it happen to me.
