Countdown timer and Basilmarket
So, do you guys think that Basilmarket should add a Countdown Timer to their banner or somewhere on the main page for all future [i]confirmed[/i] GMS updates?
I think it would cut down on the amount of "When is the [insert update] patch going to come?" threads.
Basilmarket's also frequented by players from other maplestory servers too, like EMS, MSEAS, etc... so that's the only problem I see; It wouldn't be 'fair' to them, I guess... Then again, you don't see many of them posting threads like "zomg, when is the update coming?".

The only one with reliable information about when anything is going to come in Maplestory is Nexon- THEY should have a countdown timer on their site.
As soon as Basilmarket does something like that, everyone will be pissed at Basilmarket when a patch gets delayed or postponed or canceled if we have a "confirmed" countdown banner and it doesn't happen.
I mean, yeah it would be nice to let everyone know when something is coming, but given Nexon and how flaky they can be about this kind of thing, why get people pissed at Basil..?

Great idea. Though another problem. Nexon is unreliable when setting a time.
