Anyone have any idea on the fastest way to level up my diligence to 100?

learn mining+smithing->mine ores+refine->make arrows
once you reach lvl 10 mining/smithing, unlearn it and relearn it.
repeat until lvl 100 dilligence.
lvling up professions gives u traits, so that why u relearn them
Probably accessory crafting.
