Simply google for the 64 bit version then-- but it'd be a lot less time consuming if you let Microsoft Update do the work for you. Shouldn't take too long and you might end up updating your graphics card too if you haven't already.

Make sure your computer has the minimum amount of random access memory (RAM) required to run the patcher, which is displaying the error.

If not, then simply update Microsoft Visual. [url=http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555]32 bit version here i think[/url]

Your best bet is to simply update your computer.
