I cant receive the Andy and the time traveler quest
the title says it all. when i got my luminous to lvl 105, a theme dungeon tab appeared and it was about the andy and the time traveler quest, i usually get a lightbulb on the side of my screen with Andy giving me the quest, but this time it didnt happen and i cannot receive the quest in any way. i tried to talk to the broker at magatia as some quest guides said, but those quests were irrelevant.....help? is this is bug?

hahaha, ive had the same problem on my ds. ......i threw out so many useful things..... TT^TT
@xGDragonzx: OH MY GOD. Are you serious? I didn't know all this time. </3 I completed the quest but I just happened to loot another one shortly after. I hope you can imagine my rage when I did.

Its available for lvl 125+
I cannot dispose his stupid watch.
I think it's for higher lvls now, not sure
