Anyone on w/Windows Xp?

I have a windows xp laptop and every time I use game launcher, not thing loads for crap. When I use the website after logging in and pressing play, nothing loads as well. After Kaiser came out it all went down hill for me. Like WTH.

Anyone able to help. Please post if you need info and be specific.
