Nope. We already acknowledged that 10B would get you around 50K range. You'd need 90K-ish range for Blaze to hit max on crits. I'd say that the TS is looking somewhere between 20-30B for [b]really[/b] hitting max.

NOT much. Evans are insane right now. Evans with 0% int = Bishops with 50-100% int.
