how long does it take to read uke tabs?

for example:

how long does it take a beginner with no music background to learn to read and play a tab like this one?

also do tabs like this show what to finger pick or do you have to finger pick on your own to learn the song from the tab?

Haha, hihihi again.
It took me a week to actually get it.
It's quite simple really. It's better to read it and listen to the song at the same time.
