Price 17 percent int ring
Can I get a price on this ring please?

Got offered 3b for it. Will it inflate? Should I sell? Get better offer? Or..use it for myself?
Thing is, i'd rather trade the ring for tradeable % int equips like 15%+ int.
Any advice and idea on the price?

It is 17% int. 2% int nebs are a rare occurence here.
@richboyliand Sure everybody can pay 400m for a 2% neb.
