Important: New Terms of Use for NEXON Europe S.a.r.l.

Dear Maplers,
News flash for all our beloved NEXON Europe users regarding this upcoming new year, 2011!
As of this coming Saturday, January 1st of the new year 2011, all official games and website
services of NEXON Europe Limited will be shifted to and serviced by NEXON Europe S.a.r.l.,
a new European publishing arm of Nexon Group.
Don't worry! Nothing significant will change of your current account if that's what you're highly
concerned about. However, what's most important is that you must agree to the new Terms
of Use that will pop-up exactly on the 1st of January, 2011, at 00:00 (GMT+1)
in order to fully receive all of NEXON
Europe's services and support, or otherwise you will not be able to access the games or your
Nexon account.
The process will only take mere seconds to finish so don't take this too serious! Simply login to
the individual websites or Nexon Europe game portal and you'll find a web page asking you to
agree on the new Terms of Use. As a side note, we have decided this transition to strengthen
and reinforce our service for our users across Europe
Following below, we've drafted, in advance, some of the answers to the questions you currently
might have so please take a minute to glance through the following FAQ's.
Thanks for your complete understanding.

-NEXON Europe Staff-

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q1. What is S.a.r.l. and why are all services shifted to NEXON Europe S.a.r.l.?
A1. S.a.r.l is an acronym which means a private limited liability corporate entity and we decided to transit
all the services to NEXON Europe S.a.r.l. to improve our European service as we move forward in the market.
Q2. What's happening on the 1st day of January 2011?
A2. Nothing much actually. Your account information, character information, NX Cash balance and everything
else will stay as it is with Nexon Europe Ltd and they will be well protected. What's important for you is to
make sure that you agree to the new Terms of Use of NEXON Europe S.a.r.l. to fully receive NEXON Europe
services and support, or otherwise you'll be restrained from your account and character. C'mon guys. It's simple.
Don't think too much and just simply accept to our new terms and you've got everything back and good to go!
Q3. What happens to the existing staff of NEXON Europe Limited who've serviced and supported us till now?
A3. Nothing! All your beloved NEXON Europe Staffs will be the same without change and we'll be more happy
to help and support you through the new year 2011! Please don't forget that everything has simply shifted
from Nexon Europe Ltd., to Nexon Europe S.a.r.l.
Q4. Will anything happen to my current account then?
A4. Nothing will happen to your current account, however you'll have to activate them by simply agreeing to
the new Terms of Use of NEXON Europe S.a.r.l.
Q5. What happens to the NX Cash I currently had?
A5. Your NX Cash balance will remain as it was and you can use it as you did before however you must agree
to the new Terms of Use before doing so.
Q6. Will my unused Pre-paid Cards still be redeemable?
A6. Of course! Absolutely! However, like we've said. You've got to agree to the new Terms of Use
of NEXON Europe S.a.r.l. to do so.
Q7. What about other payment options?
A7. Same goes for them as well. Just agree to the new Terms of Use of NEXON Europe S.a.r.l. and you'll
receive all the same services and support as you used to with Nexon Europe Ltd.
Q7. What about using the forums and sending inquiries?
A8. If you just agree to the new Terms of Use, you can use the same forums and Email of Inquiry system
as you do now.
Q8. Why is the new Terms of Use so important?
A8. This is a merely a service transition from Nexon Europe Ltd. to Nexon Europe S.a.r.l. where everything
else remains as it is except for the entity who takes care of the service. We have to make sure our users are
fully aware of this change to sustain the service legitimately.
