Low dex or reg dex brawler
I am planning on creating a brawler since the brawler class was the first ever class I actually got above 55 I had lots of fun on him. But he got deleted...
So I am wondering if for my brawler if it's better to go reg dex or low dex. I have currently 35mill+ to spend on the character. But if I go low dex what level should I cap my dex at?

well its really easy to fund a bucc for low dex now. soon we get new sill that called "Physical Training" which gives 30 dex and str so u already start from 55dex(20 base 30 from PT and more 5 from alliance link).
u wont rlly need a lot of fund so id say got low dex
cap of the base will be no more then 40 or 30 (depends on u)
