Funding a BaM with 2bil
So, I wanted to fund my BaM with 2bil, he's at level 120 right now, I was wondering what kind of gear should I be looking for, like, if it's empress, what m.att and what pot should it have, staff, earrings, etc.

With 2bil, get empress gloves, shoes, overall and hat and chaos/pot them yourself. Go for either some pre-scrolled 12+ magic attack earrings or 12%+ int, which aren't too expensive. For a shield, fuse esters yourself for %int. Cape wise, take 3-6% stat tier 3, like a giles.
With the rest, buy a clean estaff5-8. Doesn't matter which. Should run you about 1-1.2b. How you scroll and pot it is up to you, but you won't get a pre-scrolled one yourself for this level of funding.
