idk looks like decent price (good jump helm for 50~say 140? empress)
i wouldnt say there rare as i seen quite a few of them from marvels
more of a collocter item/ always tradeable helm
Only if you want it just to say you have it. For the stats it's not worth 1bil. It's just really rare since it was a gachapon jackpot. I saw one in Broa unsold for 500m.
