What would you reccomend?
So i have about 4 bil to spend on a dagger and katara combo. the problem is i am completely clueless on what to do. I could try to take advantage of the tempest event and scroll a clean empress katara or balsard, problem is a clean average balesard is like 2bil. So do i buy and underaverage dagger and katara and scroll them? Or do i just put all of my money into a perfect one or the other. i know a perfect balsard is like 12 bil so thats not happening so i would probably have to choose like a VIP dagger or katara. I am completely lost so any help would be great! and if you happen to be selling a dagger or katara that is perfectly scrolled let me know!

it's gonna be more than 4b to get a good katara and a good dagger.
