Question for Nexon

Why does Nexon takes so long to respond to tickets?
I'm not an impatient person but a couple months is really
just bad for customer service. Anyone agree?

it also depends on what your ticket was about.

If they don't answer your ticket within two weeks, then your best bet is to resubmit your ticket, including your previous ticket number on it.

You all have interesting opinions. Some friends and I play on and off and We simply just want access
to our own accounts not looking for anything extra. We just wanna play the game. ^_^

I'm not so much complaining just curious because I have logged tickets before and
usually they are decent. Example my friend needed help recovering his account
because he was inactive for so long so we log a ticket. 2 days later I submitted
a ticked on my own account and got a response within the 2 days. We are
still currently waiting for a response from Nexon on my friends account which
was logged 9/19/12 originally.

They only answer tickets that involve $.... seriously, i tried to recover my old account and still no reply

Maybe cause it takes time to read a ticket, and there's probably thousands of tickets, and maybe a small amount of employees read tickets.
