Because the main way of getting it(HT) is still bugged.
I said a fair droprate because HT dropped it on tespia quite often, much higher rate than on tespia Zak.
Why would you want to trade CWK for ABR? if we already have DABR on a fair droprate and it makes ABR obsolete.
