68k range, 32% total damage, 75% boss. I hit 250-300k no FC and 400-500k with FC on normal mobs (been a while since I hit something so may be a bit off). I think I can hit about 850k tops on bosses with most of the pdr
Strangely enough I can't cap with FC and ToC... do they not stack or something?

Pdr and some other things would vary from person to person, as well as, mob to mob. That's why it isn't included.
@lolatme4667: Since I finally got the basic formulas, just plug in the damage amount in it's respective spot. Non-crit w/o Fc: 100k -> 200000/2 Non-crit with Fc: ~63k -> 200000/(2*1.6) Crit w/o Fc: ~67k -> 200000/(2*1.5) Crit with Fc: ~42k -> 200000/(2*1.6*1.5)
