1H Sword + Att/Potential Shield VS 2h Sword?
So, which one is better?
First option, or the 2nd option? I've decided to make a Dawn Warrior because I'm bored, and I'd like to make an ultimate adventurer when they come out anyways, and I decided to make a 120 KoC. :O
I'm deciding between whether I should just use 2 hand-swords, or use a 1H sword with an att shield, so like a Maple Shield with att, or somethin. Or maybe a shield with potential, I dunno, but you get the point. So yeah, don't flame me cuz I'm making a CK and that "OMGGG HEROS ARE BETTER" (I know someones gonna say that now..).
So help meh out basil.
EDIT: I've got okay funding, but it doesn't really matter, I can get money (merchanting, NX, I dunno. I got lotsa money from X-Mas. :O)
EDIT2: More Detail: I wanna know what are the pros and cons of each, or if 1H+Shield is faster making it faster to train, or does the dmg from 2H overrule?

But the reason I'm asking is that later on once UAs get released, I'll probably be making it a Pally, so I would use the stuff on my DW too. So:
With funds = 1H + Shield?
Without funds = 2H ?

It seems funding is not an issue for you.
Then you want to go 1h.
Damage aside, you will also get amazing defense and not have to buy HP pots. It's quite nice.
And that my friend, is hard to accomplish. Or atleast kind of. Takes more effort.
But as I've said before, is it better to stay dexless, pump points into str, use an att shield, and just decent scrolled one handeds, and maybe a sexy end game but not like a "OMGOMGOGMOGMGOMWTFCHEZBRUGERSOPRO" timeless or something. :O
I don't need to go for TOP DMG IN BROAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. I just want good/decent dmg and want to know hwhich is better.

But yea, I was also thinking of making like, an Ultimate Adventurer Pally, so the items I used for my CK could be applied to my UA Paladin too. :O
But I understand what you're saying with the whole 2h being cheaper deal.
And It'd probably be hard for me to get like, a bunch of 3lined weapons, since I'm not THAT amazingly godly. I'm good, I guess, maybe decent, but not that sexy.
So is just going normal 2h (purple/yellow scrolled, but not too yellow like green and red and stuff) better than a normal 1h (like what I said to the other one.) and an 18att shield? O-o.
Not thinking stonetooth, as I probably can't get one, and no one answered the blasting points into strength inside of the required 120dex needed for the stonetooth. o-o.

But what I also probably can't afford a sexy stonetooth like that anyways, and it requires like, 120dex. If I were to pump everything into str, would the 1hand + 18att Shield win? And remember this is only to 120. :O
@above, are you sure you know what your talking about?
i'd say that the strongest you could go would be through using an atk shield and a 1h weapon. but it is generally easier and much cheaper to get hold of high atk 2h weapons instead because of the price of atk shields. Cant really say this from personal experience, more of an analytical guess really
