You can/should easily be able to manage your funds to hit max with an aran with your funds. I was able to reach a 100k range with around a 15b amount of funds (clean) which is more than enough to cap with FT and on bosses if you have even the tiniest amount of %boss which ares auto have 20% of from cleaving blow. I can hit overcap on bosses with 60% boss with my be yonder at an 80k range. With ft I can cap and with osfb I hit around 700k-max (bosses) and regular mobs osfb I hit around 500k more or less per line. This is after I've been hacked and stripped. I've funded myself with probably only 4b meso and event goods to achieve my 85k buffed range. I've been barely even caring/trying after getting hacked for range. Good luck merry Christmas

Aran would most definitely be the easiest, followed by Kaiser. I doubt you'll be able to hit max on a Phantom or Mercedes with 11-16bill. Like one guy said before, you need around 150k to hit max with most "overpowered" classes. The rest need closer to 200k+ to hit max with their main 1v1 skills. Mobbing skills tend to do deal much more damage than single target skills so obviously those will hit max at much lower ranges. Good luck.

That's not enough to hit max. I have 15b on my DB whose main skill is stronger than either Mercedes or phantoms (well I'm not totally sure if PB is stronger than mille, but they're close enough), and I hit about 400-450k per hit on bosses, with about a 70k range. There is a slight chance that you'd be able to hit max with an Aran (or kaiser, once again, not totally sure about their 4th job skills) but that's if you got some very good deals from a little bit of luck. Aran would probably give you the closest possible chance to hitting max though.

i don't think you would be able to hit cap with 200k range with ring of ishtar
i think arans have the easiest time reaching cap, but i don't really know, since i don't even have one..

Aran it's like 80k+ with 85%pdr~. My Aran does have a bit of %total damage. Only 12% from dojo gloves.
