I just bought a empress pirate cape for 1.8bil. Its shown in the pic below:

unique ones go for max these days. since you cant tell which ones are hacked or not

@cvmrocks Find me one and I'll buy it lol. Why the hell would someone sell an Unique Empress cape for max when clean ones are 1.5b? Unless you're seeing them in stores for max.. they're just taking offers.
