Little question about skill stealing
Say you steal a skill with the max level of 20. The level of a stolen skill rises as the level of your Impeccable Memory increases which max level is 30. So the question is can the skill you stole which has a max level of 20 rise above that level since your skill level rises with the level of Impeccable Memory?

@RaidenDan: I'm not tho. If your memory level is level 5 and you steal haste. Leveling up memory doesn't effect the level of haste.
Something to add on is the fact that lets say you have Impeccable Memory at level 20 but its max level and the stolen skills max level are 30. Leveling up Impeccable Memory won't level the stolen skill along with it.

You can only use the max level of that skill to the max level of Impeccable Memory.
If Impeccable Memory is 30 and the skill is 20, it's stuck at 20.
If Impeccable Memory is 20 and the skill is 30, you're stuck at 20 due to Impeccable Memory.
