Cant start lv 19 Watchmen quest?
I did the first Black Wings watchmen quest, then I'm supposed to talk to Wonny, but he's not offering a quest. However, it shows in my Quest guide that he should be offering one. I have my hat on and everything...
...Any ideas? Or is it a glitch.

I scrolled through the text of the prior quest quickly, I'm thinking I missed something?
