Help dying hair

I need help deciding .
I'm getting a haircut in a few days once I go overseas
Basically I'm thinning the top/back and cutting my fringe+trim my mullet a bit
And perm straightening
But I also want to dye my hair
I'd like your input on what color and if I should dye my whole head or just do tips on fringe/sides etc

@squaids: -sigh- We're delving too deep into this. [erm..] My point was that by "girl" I meant "teenager" and that it was a white teenager's opinion.. -_-
I see tons of hot Korean guys, but then again this is in view of a Korean girl. o_o
But anyways relating to the ts, I think I'd you look best in a medium ashy brown (:
Not too orangey/blonde though.
More on the auburn colors. Think warm shades ~
