Scammer in Nova with semi-proof

Beware of Akhil96 in Nova/Bellocan.
He scammed my friend NX and refuses to give it back, lol our guild and alliance have been on a couple defaming runs and got his to -6 from 33.
Here's sort of proof that he admitted to scamming.
