Whats the max pot % stats you can get on a equip?
like i heard there are different tiers based on the equip level.
so my question basically is what are the tiers, max # of % you can get in a tier with 2lines+3lines
and is it possible to get the same pot stat in each line?
like 5%str

I've seen 30% Boss and 20% Boss 12% ATT on a bow, but there were smegas afterwards claiming it was hacked...
1-30: 3% per line tops
31-74: 6% per line tops
75-120: 9% per line tops
121+: 12% per line tops
27% 9% for all 3 lines.
