I leveled to 70 on December 26.
I talked to Ferdi, his only quest was the "Field Trip" Job Advancement quest.
I job advanced.
I talked to Ferdi again, he had no quests available for me.

Wait how do you get the box?

I was wondering where to get the ring, since I expected Cassandra would be behind it...but alas, my Wild Hunter isn't even close to level 70 yet.

Reached level 70 and then the quest was just there at Ferdi with the advancement quests. I didn't notice if it was in the lightbulb above my head because I never clicked on it.
Doubt there's a prerequisite because I stopped questing at around lv 18 with 27 Resistance and 11 Edelstein quests completed (including later advancement quests).
I completed the "Resistance Member Proof" quest for the ring before advancing.

apparently it is glitched.. in KMS once you hit lvl 70 the ring quest appears above your head.

Same here. I completed them all and I'm level 90, still no ring.
