Good Equips to become Str-less?
So just so you know, I'm 100% sure that I might not have the funding to be STR-less, but I'll try.
Anyways, I just created a Jett (Not sure why.) What Equipment can I use to cover most of my STR? I have the Cannoneer Link Skill, and I know that Physical Training raises both DEX and STR by 30. What other equipment can I use? ( don't think I'd be able to afford any epic items like Evolving Rings and stuff like that.)

Hope this isn't too delayed to the point of necroposting. I'm talking about Will of the Alliance. I believe it is lv75 that you can get it as explorers. (not sure exact lv for resistance, legend, or cygnus but they can all get it too). You should get a light bulb leading back to your starting town, and some quests from there that eventually lead you to Ereve, where you get a medal (500 hp/mp) and the skill (+5 all, 5 w/m atk).
Yep what @Vegeto said. Good idea too is to try to find %dex equips that add str. For example I have some earrings that are 4% dex but also +5 in all stats. Azwan scrolls are your friend for str scrolling your accessories as well.
On a side note what is the Alliance skill you speak of @vegeto?
Let's forget quips for a second:
Character card sets can give +2/5/7/(10) all x2 That covers 14 if you can get 6 lv120s up there.
Strless won't matter much till 4th job anyway, so fill up that crusader codex! a 120 should easily be able to get +6 all, with 1% all stat as a set effect.
New silent crusade title! +3 to all stats for the 3rd and 4th versions!
Medals can do a lot. join a Hilla raid at 120 for +5 all, then make it to 130 and grab yourself the Neo City medal for +6 all.
Remember to pick up your alliance skill for +5 all.
Jett's core aura can be counted on for at LEAST 2. The core itself will levelup and give you some str as well, from 7 at 70 up to 21 maximum.
And for the easiest quips to grab
Silent Crusade shoulders aren't what they used to be, but still not bad.
The belt can be a nice placeholder while you wait for something good, or just continuously rent mu lung dojo belts.
The pendant can tide you over while they fix MoN as well.
Friends can get you an easy scarga or zhelm.
Sadly with rings, anything good is going to be expensive. Evos and DABR are the best way to go, but you can substitute any new job levelup event rings you have for now. Lilin, resistance, legend... Whatever you have.
Jett should be perfectly fine strless. There is enough to cover whatever needs you have available, even on a low budget.
Get a zhelm, belts, shoes, overall, and.. medal. hurr.
