Additional skill levels
I've been looking on Maplearchive and I've seen that most 4th job skills can go to level 33. Assuming you are not a Paladin, you can get these extra skill levels with the Leafre Codex set + the Empress armor?

Codex, item potential and empress armor do not raise past 30.
You must mention that only co and inner ability go above the max level
No, combat orders (legendary shoes pot) and inner ability
No, inner potential + CO.
