Getting my account back
The password to my account was changed without me knowing, and whenever I try to reset the password, it tells me to look in my email for a link. However I never receive an email. I know that it's the right email because I have previous emails from Nexon about a ticket I sent in. I can't contact them in any way and I want my account back. Help?

I had this happen on my main account, but then my boyfriend and I quit for like 6 months and it fixed itself ><
Except, I didn't get hacked...my boyfriend did and so I changed my password, in case....but i forgot the password lol.

I checked both my spam and my inbox, and just incase my trash. It isnt anywhere.
Check your spam folders just in case
