im sure!
Only explorers can share the same cs inventories, they can't transfer nx items to, let's say, Kannas, but if it's a Bishop to a Corsair then that would work. Also if you delete your character that has nx items on it it will automatically go to the cs inventory. I've tried it, so I know that works.

im 110% sure as long as the items r in the cash shop they will stay there even if all the explorers r deleted, ive also tried it before when i deleted my shadower

No, they wouldn't be in the cash shop inventory of other classes, but they would stay in the explorer inventory.
What if a non explorer put nx items in the cash shop inventory, can explorers get them?

As AntiSenpai said you should be able to transfer NX between Explorers.
-> Click your NX items while in the cash shop to transfer them into the cash shop inventory.
-> When you're on your new character open up the cash shop and transfer them onto your new character.

OT: If both classes are Explorers, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to.
