Final Strike Scroll
what does this scroll give? I'm assuming that it can give an attribute to an equip, allowing the wearer of the equip to use some sort of final attack skill, but how does the final strike skill work exactly?

I don't have the scroll.
Is it like a passive thing? Is it like a decent skill? is it an additional hit like final attack, or does it affect the base damage of your skills? Can you use the scroll on multiple equips and have the effect stack? Does the scroll take up slots?
More importantly, has anyone seen/used it?
I doubt anyone here will know exactly, but I'm gonna assume it'll give you a 15% damage attribute, like how the 150 weapons come with 40% boss.
well it says chance to do 15% additional dmg
Well since Basil's description says it adds 15% additional damage while attacking, I guess that's what it does. And I'm pretty sure it's from Root Abyss Boxes
