you can craft one for ~1.1b for all materials including recipe (bellocan price)
30-50m recipe, 4m purple powder (10), 5m dream fragment (200), superior item crystal from extracting cheap necro/reverse stuff
the only problem is 10% fail rate even with level 10 smithing
