So if I can get the patcher/game download to start by pressing start or using the game launcher, am I fine?
I also tried to start Dragon's Nest just now and I could log on, select my character, and play through the game as normal, is that a good sign?

If you've been blocked, what does it look like.
Does it deny you access from the website while logged onto your account? Is your ranking gone? Do you need to try launching the game/play the game to be blocked?
When I try starting the game with game launcher or the start button it gives me the patcher. Does that say anything or do I actually start the game to tell?

Well the issue of Phantoms being auto-banned has supposedly been resolved.
So I guess the new problem is people being blocked from the website.
Could someone give me a detailed overveiw on the situation regarding people being blocked?

This seems to be a new issue that involves more people then just Phantoms and those who were falsely banned. This isn't even just a ban from the game. It's a block from the entire Nexon website and all of it's games. It's unlikely that is has anything to do with autoban system in Maple.

@ZzBreezy Yes I noticed that you made that Maple Forum post and thank you for doing so. Let's hope Nexon sees it and does something about this.

Phantoms who were in the middle of trainning, as is the case with me, seems to be a much larger victim criteria than NX at the current moment.
Also, you're level 200, perhaps the auto-bans are based on exp gain, though highly unlikely, so it may not affect you in that case either.

I was not falsely banned during the phantom ban incidents, but I have charged NX prepaid, gifted someone an item, and got gifted an item in the past 3 days.

I have the same problem. I got unbanned 3 days ago and just yesterday I found out that phantom auto-bans have been resolved (by Hime on forums) so I went to train today at SH and guess what, I got disconnected an hour into training. At first I thought it was the auto-ban but then the GM Police didn't pop up. I was told it had to do with unresolved transactions and maybe marvel machine purchases. I have been trying to buy 5k NX with my credit card (that has $AU11) which kept failing so that might be the case..

make sure your acc is released it could take from 24h to 3 days

I haven't been falsely banned before, and I still got blocked, they tell me to contact billingpp at nexon.net WHEN I NEVER EVEN BOUGHT NX IN MY LIFE BEFORE.

I was in fact part of the false bans, but I can log onto my account (veiw characters, manage account info, and such) and my ranking is now showing.
I've almost finished downloading/patching the game. What do you suggest my next move is? Did you guys end up totally free then get blocked? How can you tell you got blocked?

This ban is affecting all those that have been falsely banned as far as I know.

@hyhfct The only reason they would tell you to contact them on that email is regarding nx purchases with PayPal or any kind of credit card. This block has nothing to do with it. All the nx I ever buy is through using Karma or the old nx cards.

A question for those who got banned: Did you all gift someone some NX item this week?
So far everyone who was banned in the same hour that I talked to had that in common.

This isn't just happening to phantoms... I got blocked too and apparently they tell you to go to billingpp at nexon.net << this might be about buying NX and crap.

Edit: I have absolutely no duped items, all my equips were from events, pqs, or self made.

@spicyflame As far as I know none of my items were duped. I obtained most of my items myself.

@Polare In my ticket I just explained my situation. The ticket was closed by GM Zinyden a week before I was unbanned, so I don't think the ticket really did anything.
