Does Nexon have good customer service?

What do you guys think? When you send in forms, write on forums, call them up (if you even can I dunno) or send in tickets? I recently asked for an email-change and they actually emailed me back! (After 2-3months mind you :C). BTW I have to fax them something if I want to change my email and you have to SIGN it which I'm not doing. Plus I have to give them ID, lame. Okay back on topic!

I got that email, too. I don't trust it. Especially the whole "send us a copy of your ID with the fax," thing. I'd rather keep a wrong email address; that's a little too much for me.

Anyway, I'd have to say no. Every other online service that keeps its users emails lets them change it rather easily. Nexon makes its customers wait three months before telling them to fax personal information for a [i]goddamned email change.[/i] That is ridiculous.

Either way, there was no reason to ask this question, it's like one of the top things that most maplestory Players know.

its rank 3rd place in the top 10 best customer service.
