I got hacked help -.-
Hey guys. I guess it finally happened. I got hacked 3 hours ago. I need help with 3 things:
1. Hacker got my email and my password, and changed the email (I think). How do I get back on?
2. Is there a way to lock my account so nothing happens atm?
3. How did they get into my account? My pass and email and ign are all different for everything. and I havent downloaded anything weird. Help?

I found my account sold on the infamous black market website.

poor lass i don't think there is much ya can do... but send in a ticket to nexon. if they somehow changed your email that means they have access to your original email right? i think i remember that in order to change an email on an account you have to confirm it through your original email address right? sorry for your loss were you expecting it to happen since you said it finally happened
keep calm and submit a ticket , all you can do is wait for nexon to take up arms
I can comfirm I got hacked. The hacker claimed to my guild that I sold him the account, which is completely and uttering false.

Nothing you can do but send a ticket or post on forums, I believe.
