Can 2 Lines go to 3 Lines?
I heard it is possible ONLY when changing a rank (Rare-->Epic). I know that it can not change when cubing normally.

k well mixed decisions on this who ever said post a vid of this, who is going to record themselves cubing something everytime they cube just, to post a video on whether or not it is possible. That's not the kinda thing someone can catch on a video on purpose, only by accident.

I wish someone would just record these things on video.
That's what I thought before many high-leveled well known people all said that it can change lines only when changing ranks. Therefore an item would have only 2 chances to become 3 lines. (Doesn't matter how many cubes are used)
