Maybe its because I dont know the name. But I cant find ans
answers to my question. Anyways so I know that in temple of time this random shop appears every now and then. What I want to know is where it appears? How do you know it appears. When does it appear? Is there a limit to the people who have access to it? What kind of items are in it? Would it ever give skill books? All I know is it has random items every time. They are worth 10k each. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

From experience, they appear in the same map in each channel, for that given period of time.
At the other person who quoted me, I'm like 80% sure that the restock time is midnight, give take a few minutes.

Clicking the box moves you to channel one.
Also the restock time is random, if it was at a certain time people would be camping there.

The Chest respawns in a different location at midnight server time each day.
The Chest has limited stock, and about a 1% chance a WAB recipe will appear.
Surf the maps - not the channels.
However, try for a lower populated channel when surfing ^^

So its only once per day it appears? Does it appear in specific maps? So you can only buy 1 item? That kinda sucks.

u can only get 1 item meaning if 1 person buys everything u cant get anything until next day
the other parts is just surf channels til u find idk?
the random treasure chest in ToT.
surf around the channels that dont have monster spawn in them.
and uhh theres a limit to number of stock of each item
