Let's see, a Lv 183 character... you didn't say what kind, so I'm gonna give an example with a Warrior-type character, since I know them best of all the classes.

It's probably gonna have ~900 AP in its main stat and none in its secondary, and say we have a Dark Knight--*[i]cough cough[/i]* no bias *[i]hack cough[/i]*--with a 150 ATK spear or something (with a WM of ~1.49). I dunno, it's theoretical. Anyways, the damage formula is as follows for all weapons:
• Weapon Multiplier x ((4 x Main Stat) + Secondary Stat) x (Attack / 100)

If you used those base stats ([i]no bonuses from skills or equiments, just you and your weapon[/i] ) and used the first 'weaker' totem, you'd get for maximum damage:
• 1.49 x ((4 x [900+12]) + 5) x ([150+3] / 100) = [b]8328[/b]
...but if you used the 'stronger' of the two totems that modifies your secondary stats, you'd instead get:
• 1.49 x ((4 x 900) + [5+20]) x ([150+6] / 100) = [b]8426[/b]

In other words, you'd be getting the most bang for your buck if you took the one with the higher weapon/magic attack bonus. Those twenty points in your secondary stat only equate to about five points in your main stat, but it's the weapon attack boost that really tilts the scale in your favor overall.

I guess its a waste of time getting another 4000 I got 11 tickets left and I dont want exp what to do! ugh

For me at. Least the main stat one is better. Higher percent stats make the mainstat one a bit stronger.

Sorry if I was confusing theres 100mil totem that gives +12 dex(main stat) & 3 weapon attack and then theres 400mil totem from another friend that gives +20 str(secondary stat) & 6 weapon attack totem
Between two would 2nd totem give greater damage on high lvl character google didnt help much

of course the higher one will give more damage. Also you can only wear 1 of each one so the best outcome would be to wear the 100 mil, 400mil & 500mil one
