Just got this from Nexon.

TLTR: Nexon closed this ticket and many others because they're too money-greedy to hire more people to answer the backlog of tickets. I was hacked and the hacker is using my account (supposedly), and they gave it some NX for hair.

It just kind of irritates me, though.. I've never been banned, bought over $1000 worth of NX on the account, and I was even a Golden Snail. >.<

You know I think it's actually pretty funny. Not funny haha but funny weird. Think about it. I have read numerous posts about being hacked and Nexon being so nice giving them like 25K nx and 25k maple points and all sorts of stuff. Then I see posts like this one. It makes you wonder if Nexon has favorites in this game pertaining to money or perhaps it has something to do with a characters playing history. I'm not sure though this is just a hunchamabunch Anyway sorry for your loss. I feel your pain been there done that never got anything.

If Blizzard can fully investigate an account, with exact chatlogs, items lost, and restore the character to an earlier point exactly the way it was, then there's no reason for Nexon to not have this ability. Step your game up Nexon, you're slacking.

All items are from my main besides a few chairs that were on my corsair(Cornsairs) as for my other 9 characters I didn't have much on them so I wouldn't know what they are missing.

Details: On 2/3/12, I went and mtsed 4 10 atk wgs(for the perm cape) for 5,000 Nx(5,500 with tax) all sold then after a few hours I went to sleep. I came back the next day my mushie was not up and fredrick did not have my items or tell me to retrieve my items, so I was at first confused. Then I looked into my inventory and saw my items were moved and some missing and that I had no money, I then realized that I was hacked. The hacker took my equipments and chair collection which had a lot of chairs and even the 15,107k nx left (That I had left from mtsing the work gloves) were gone.
To point out, I never would go to an advertised site that characters were spamming, I virus scan every week, my account has never been shared with anyone else and no one else but me knows my info(besides the hacker), and I change my password and pic after awhile. I would guess that after mtsing the hacker somehow got my id which led to other information.
If you could do anything to retrieve my items back or rollback my character somehow that would be appreciated, Thank You.

The hacker keeps getting on my account, I tried once to play again and then after rebuilding a bit. The hacker came back and took everything I rebuilt >.>

you probably sent a lot of ticket in the time your were playing and they are closing every ticket because they are actually improving their customer service.
So, if you still have an issue, you will have to resend a ticket.

I know right.. and there are threads about it every day. They send the most half-assed ticket to Nexon and they get 250-300k MP compensation.

Yea I just checked my ticket about me getting hacked a year ago and I found out i got the same exact message as you did. Screw Nexon and their PoS customer service. I didn't wait over 365 days so that I can get a damn hair coupon. I'm gonna keep sending them tickets until I get some actual compensation. People lie and get compensation within like 2 weeks and legit players who get hacked get this message. Just sad.

I would be mad If I lost my valuable high attack items and all they gave me is a Hair Coupon because their game security is crap.
