Pokemon Soul Silver
what should my starter pokemon be? chikorita or cyndaquil.
i specialize in fire types, i always pick them and i always have a lot of fun with them.
but chikorita is so cute and i think a little change should be good
what do u guys think? >.<

my cousins deleted my fire red acc after leaving it at their place for a week. then i had to restart it cuz i didnt like the character's name

I remember obsessively restarting either gold or crystal, not so much any other game. DS games seem more tedious so I only restart those (or GBA games) if I haven't played for a long time and feel like restarting
As for the name, Cyclone? And it can learn flame wheel? If that works...?

@DrHye: usually i restart games atleast twice. im restarting soul silver. i didnt get far last time and i picked cyndaquil. i didnt get far cuz i ended up losing the game but today i found it in my mom's jewlery box x.x
the only game i didnt restart is platinum cuz my biffle gave me so many of my fav pokemon like latios, latias, and so many others.
Looking at all these comments i guess im picking cyndaquil ^^
EDIT: ANYONE WANNA HELP ME NAME IT? i always pick a name starting with the pokemon's first letter. so it has to start with a c. im thinking cynthia but its a boy..
I gotta say that Jhoto was the gen where I kept restarting the game just to play with different starters and changing boy/girl (in crystal)
But ultimately I think I'd go with Typhlosion, he's just really quick and strong. But IMO you can't go wrong with any of the three
Chikorita looks deformed to me, though I do love Meganium.
Cyndiquil - Typlosion is my favorite starter line, though.
I think choosing the leaf one is way harder. The early gym leaders has a skill specially for the leaf one. Makes it more interesting, but I'm telling you
