btw tobi is nawaki . He didnt die , orichimaru used him as a test subject for madara durring the 2nd ninja war. madara approached orchimaru for senju DNA. Therefore tobi says "hes a former shell of him self"

i think madara and orchimaru had similar dreams=immortality . They had a plan after they die to do edo tensi , and i think they were collecting sharigans for tobi to train him and be strong enough to revive them . At that time they had a target already. Obito . Remeber he kept saying " i got something in my eyes" . That was zetsu trying to extract the eye and get information on it.. maybe?
With senju DNA + sharigan madara got the rinnigen, thats why orichimaru is after sasuke?
